Mychaela graduated from Medical Careers Institute of ECPI University with an Associates of Applied Science. Mychaela loves the natural, holistic side of Massage Therapy and helping the body to heal itself. Her therapeutic touch is a unique integration of Swedish, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point work, and PNF stretching.
Mychaela carefully listens to her clients to figure out their needs and expectations, and customizes a massage that works with their body. She accomplishes lasting results by bringing the client into a state of deep relaxation, while simultaneously addressing problem areas. This combination alleviates stress, pain, and brings relief to tired, overworked muscles, while calming the busy mind. Working in different settings has given her the opportunity to work with a variety of issues such as chronic headaches, arthritis, soft tissue injuries, muscular/ spinal disorders, postural imbalances, plantar fasciitis, and sciatica.
One of her favorite parts of being a therapist is seeing her clients progress over time. “Hearing from my clients about how well they are doing and seeing their relief is very rewarding. Knowing I helped them get to a healthier, happier place is a wonderful feeling.”
